Black and White Uncle Sam Pencil Drawing

*Inhales deeply*

Ahhhhh. Do you smell that?

Smells Like Freedom.

Now, I don’t really have the time or patience to go into how the current government is gradually taking that away from us, but relatively speaking, we’re free.

What is it that makes this year’s July 4th different than the rest? Well, a LOT has changed since the last time I celebrated Independence Day. Mainly the fact that I am no longer a single man.

*GASP*

Yes, I know. I feel the same way. But the fact that I found a woman that I will be happily married to for the rest of my life isn’t what astounds me. It’s the realization that I make her just as happy (so she claims ;D ).

Immediately after our vacation was over, I started my new position at work. It’s quite different than the responsibilities I’m used to, but I’m sure I’ll get the hang of it eventually. It isn’t amazing pay, but I truly doubt that I could find a job that I enjoy as much as my current position.

I do, however, still have free time to draw and continue making YouTube videos. It’s been a bit since I’ve posted anything, but given a choice between drawing and spending time with my wife (even if we’re cleaning or shopping), the latter always wins.

I hope you all have a happy 4th of July! Here’s a time-lapse video of my Uncle Sam drawing. Please share if you enjoyed this article and/or video!
